Need someone to talk to? My Live 1 on 1 phone keto consultation is for people who are currently on a keto diet or any LCHF (low carb, high fat) diet and are confused, having issues or have plateaued/stalled in their progress. This personal 1 on 1 keto coaching session will allow me to review and analyze your current diet and exercise as well as many other important factors which all come into play. In this 60 minutes we also review anything else you want, address questions you may have, talk about your goals, and what you need to change to achieve them.
SOMETHING TO CONSIDER FIRST: I would highly recommend you start off with my personalized keto diet plan. So this way it will ensure you are on a proper keto diet for you. Then after a few weeks you may choose to book this keto consult if needed. This will allow you to get more value out of the consultation as well. Just my recommendation.

How does this work? What can I expect?
After a date is set, and payment is received; I will email you a few questions to answer, then I will have all the information I need about you to help the best I can on our call. Also when on the call, you may ask any questions. This is “your time” – so you can use it as you wish. My end goal is that after the hour is up, you will have all the answers you need, and have gained enough knowledge and action items to ensure a healthy and successful keto plan. I want to ensure you feel like you received valuable information and guidance from the keto consultation.

This personal 1 on 1 keto coaching will allow me to review their diet and exercise as well as many other important factors which all come into play. In this hour we review anything you want, like what your eating, what your doing for exercise, talk about your goals, and what you need to change to achieve them.
- Discuss anything you want relating to the ketogenic diet (LCHF) or exercise.

- I will work around what time works best for you. (I am in EST timezone.)
