I’m doing the 7-Day Swap In & Out and love its simplicity. A couple of things I noticed right off: Each morning I take a printed copy of the plan and circle what I’m going to eat for the day—takes all of 5 minutes. I was way overeating on protein. Cooking really only takes about 5-10 minutes per meal. Shopping is pretty simple for this plan. I’m on Day 3—going strong. More importantly for the first time in a long, long time—I was actually hungry this morning. By the way, the Fat Bombs are ‘the bomb’. Amazing taste, way better than most chocolate I’ve eaten.*

This is my 2nd review! I lost 14lb in 21 days. Was I really strict with the MyKetoCoach diet? Yes! Was it worth it? Most definitely! This and Cross fit has worked so well together!
