I’m 53 years old, and used to be in decent shape. 20 years on active duty will do that for you. Last June I decided to start exercising and cut out all the junk food. I stopped eating snacks and cut back on carbs. I started a run/walk regimen on June 9th and I did start losing weight. I started at 217 pounds. I’m 6’1″ tall.
