I started the keto diet on my own with friends and guessing on what to do and eat. Iโm 53 years old, and used to be in decent shape. 20 years on active duty will do that for you. Last June I decided to start exercising and cut out all the junk food. I stopped eating snacks and cut back on carbs. I started a run/walk regimen on June 9th and I did start losing weight. I started at 217 pounds. Iโm 6โ1โณ tall.
