In 4 weeks I have managed to lose 7.1kg/15.5lbs. The first week I managed to lose 3.7kg (I suppose because of water weight) followed by 1.4kg, 1.5kg and 0.5kg in the final week. I have lost about 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my hips and 1 inch off both my thighs. My arms and chest are still the same size (which is good because I do not have much body fat on my upper body). I would like to express my sheer gratitude and thank you for all the assistance and guidance you have provided. Awesome plan! Really easy to follow and substitute foods list is great for flexible meal plans. I lost 15.4lbs in the first week and a half and reached ketosis in 5 days. If you are a really busy person and only have time to through quick and easy meals together, then this is the plan for you. I work up to 50 hours per week and meals have to be super easy to put together. I have never come across a plan so simple that actually works and you can be adapted as a permanent way of eating.
