I wanted to make this quick video today about theย 21-Day keto diet plan, which I is available on myketocoach.com. So I had a few questions about who am I, why I wrote this, why it works, and why itโs different.
So, my name is Raj and I used to a 240 pounds, now Iโm 175 and, Iโve been living the ketogenic lifestyle for 4+ years and the challenge I had was where to start, what to eat? probably the same problem as you: I was looking online, itโs the easiest resource. And thereโs just so much information and I just didnโt know what to follow.
The other biggest challenge was what to cook, all the meals are so elaborate. I personally donโt like cooking so I needed something simpler but highly effective that can fit my busy lifestyle, thatโs what itโs all about.ย

You donโt want to be challenged every time youโre eating something without carbs, and getting them to understand as well. And then cleaning up your house of the junk food that really helps.
So thatโs all in the book as well. And then lastly, thereโs a section of, keto tips and helpful supplements that could help in a few areas if thereโs any gaps in your nutrition. And the recipes are super easy to follow as well, so thereโs no elaborate meals in the book.ย
