Keto Chicken Tenders – A Big Hit!
Quick and Easy to make.
I buy precut chicken tenders, usually I like to marinate them in dill pickle juice, but I just happened to have some from the previous day soaking in salad supreme seasoning & olive oil (don’t knock it till you try it, it goes unusually well on chicken), then dip them in beaten egg, then in pork panko (if you don’t have some pre-crushed just throw some pork rinds in the blender until crumbly).
- Load up in the greased air fryer and fry at 390° for 10 minutes, then flip and fry about five or six more minutes until desired crispness.
- You can play with so many different marinades, flavors of pork rinds, dipping sauces… Sometimes I toss the finished tenders in a mixture of melted butter and buffalo sauce and dip and blue cheese, or throw them on a salad!
- Play around with some of the amazing keto dipping sauces out there like Sweet Baby Ray’s no sugar added barbecue or honey mustard or one of the amazing sugar free Chick-fil-A copycats from G Hughes like cluckin’ sauce or Polynesian sauce! I’m also a sucker for sugar free honey!
