Keto Prüvit Popsicles!

Summer is here, and this is great for all ages. Get some ketones, cool down, while enjoying your fav summer Popsicle treat!

Keto Prüvit Popsicles

• 36oz water
• 1 packet each: Maui Punch KETO OS NAT, Splash KETO OS NAT, Blue Ocean KETO OS NAT Unleashed (what ever your fav flavors are)

Instructions:

1. Mix 12oz water with Maui Punch KETO//OS® Max
2. Pour evenly in popsicle molds
3. Freeze for 2-3 hours, until solid
4. Mix 12oz water with Splash KETO//OS® Max
5. Pour evenly over frozen Maui Punch KETO//OS® Max layer
6. Freeze for 2-3 hours, until solid
7. Mix 12oz water with Blue Ocean KETO//OS® Unleashed
8. Pour evenly over Splash KETO//OS® Max layer
9. Insert popsicle stick*
10. Freeze 2-3 hours, until solid
11. Run under warm water to remove popsicle mold
12. Enjoy!

*Make sure you know how deep your popsicle sticks go into the mold. If they will go into second layer (Splash KETO//OS® Max layer), once second layer is frozen, scrape/carve out the middle deep enough for popsicle stick. Pour final layer and insert stick as normal
