Ingredients & Tools Needed:

  • Measuring cup (easier for pouring into mold – each mold is 24 grams)
  • Whisk
  • Measuring spoon (tablespoon & teaspoon)
  • Silicone mold (because your going to freeze these fat bombs)


  • 5tblsp grass fed, organic butter
  • 4tblsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 8tblsp virgin & unrefined coconut oil
  • 1-2 teaspoon ceylon cinnimon (or regular cinnamon)
  • 4tblsp natural peanut butter
  • 1-2 packet Stevia


  1. Mix in measuring cup: Butter, Coconut Oil, Natural Peanut Butter
  2. Microwave until melted (usually 50 seconds)
  3. Slowly add Cocoa Powder, Stevia & Cinnamon – Whisk rapidly together. Blend until smooth.
  4. Now pour into your mold
  5. Put in freezer for 24 hours. After 24hrs, I would take out of the mold into a zip lock bag or container and keep in freezer. Will last a week.
