Keto Tortillas Recipe. These keto tortillas are ma Keto Tortillas Recipe. These keto tortillas are made with almond flour and are perfectly pliable and soft and need just 3 main ingredients! No yeast and no eggs needed, these wraps are perfect for sandwiches, quesadillas, pizzas, and more!

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 8 tortillas

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 6 tablespoon psyllium husks Not psyllium husk powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup warm water not boiling

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add your almond flour, psyllium husks, and salt. Mix well.
Slowly add your olive oil and warm water and mix well, until completely combined. Let sit for a minute.
Gently knead the dough several times, and form a ball of dough. Place the dough on a lightly floured kitchen surface.

Cut the dough into 4 large or 8 small pieces. Get one piece of dough and place a piece of parchment paper on top. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until thin and flat. Get a large dinner plate or small appetizer plate and place on top of the dough. Using a knife, cut around the edges so you are left with a tortilla.

Heat a non-stick pan on medium and lightly grease. Place the tortilla on top and cook for 2-3 minutes, before flipping and cooking for a further two minutes. Repeat until all the tortillas are cooked.

TO STORE: Leftover tortillas can be stored in the refrigerator, covered in paper towel AND plastic wrap. The paper towel ensures it stays soft and fluffy, and less resistant to becoming dry. Tortillas will keep well for up to 5 days. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before using. 

TO FREEZE: Freeze leftovers in ziplock bags, and store in the freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature or in the refrigerator overnight.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons oil 

Instructions
Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.
Separate chicken wings flats from the drums with a knife or scissors.
Combine the spices, almond flour,, and baking powder, and mix well.
Toss the wings inside the mixture to coat well and shake off any excess flour.
Add oil to a deep fryer or deep pot and place over medium-high heat. Once the oil reaches an internal temperature of 350F, fry the wings for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy on all sides.
Place the wings on a wired rack to drain excess oil.

TO STORE: Transfer fried chicken wing leftovers into an airtight container as soon as they have cooled completely. Fried chicken wings last 3 to 4 days in the fridge.

TO REHEAT: As the fridge causes the fried wings to lose their crispiness, reheat them in the oven preheated to 350F degrees for 10 to 20 minutes or until they reach a safe internal temperature.

TO FREEZE: place the cooled wings in a ziplock bag and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
In a small bowl, coat the salmon with oil, then add the salt and pepper. 
Mix the remaining sugar and spices and rub over the salmon.
Add the salmon skin side down to the air fryer basket and air fry at 200C/400F for 6 minutes, or until cooked.
Remove from the air fryer basket and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

TO STORE: Leftovers can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
TO FREEZE: Place the cooked and cooled salmon in a ziplock bag and store it in the freezer for up to two months. 
TO REHEAT: Heat the leftovers gently in a skillet or pan on the stovetop over medium heat until hot.
