I wanted a simple meal plan to follow—boy, this is the simplest ever. Biggest problem I’ve had with starting a plan in the past is the complexity with too many choices at the start. A couple of things I noticed right off: Each morning I take a printed copy of the plan and circle what I’m going to eat for the day—takes all of 5 minutes. I was way overeating on protein.
