Spicy Noodles Keto Recipe. Learn how to make spicy Spicy Noodles Keto Recipe. Learn how to make spicy noodles, a quick, easy, and delicious dinner that comes together in minutes! Adjust the spice level to your preferences and use whatever noodles you have on hand. Course: Main Course Cuisine: Asian Prep Time: 1 minute CookTime: 9 minutes Total Time: 10 minutes Servings: 4 servings Calories: 359kcal Ingredients - 1 lb shirataki noodles - 3 tablespoons soy sauce - 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce - 1/4 cup water - 2 tablespoons liquid stevia - 2 tablespoons sesame oil - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil - 6 cloves garlic sliced - 4 stalks green onion sliced - 3 small red chilis - 1 cup bean sprouts - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds to serve Instructions In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, water, and sugar until combined. Cook shirataki noodles as per instructions and set aside. Add the vegetable oil to a large skillet and place over medium-high heat. Once hot, add garlic, the white part of the onion, and chili. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the noodles and pour the sauce over it and mix until the noodles are fully coated. Add the bean shoots and cook for 3 minutes. Add the rest of the green onion and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until they are wilted. Remove the noodles off the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately. TO STORE: Place leftover noodles in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to one week. TO FREEZE: Place the cooked and cooled noodles in a shallow container and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months. TO REHEAT: You can reheat them in the microwave for 30-40 seconds or in a non-stick pan (or skillet). Keto Tortillas Recipe. These keto tortillas are ma Keto Tortillas Recipe. These keto tortillas are made with almond flour and are perfectly pliable and soft and need just 3 main ingredients! No yeast and no eggs needed, these wraps are perfect for sandwiches, quesadillas, pizzas, and more! Course: Breakfast Cuisine: American Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes Servings: 8 tortillas Calories: 195kcal Ingredients - 2 cups almond flour - 6 tablespoon psyllium husks Not psyllium husk powder - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 1 cup warm water not boiling Instructions In a large mixing bowl, add your almond flour, psyllium husks, and salt. Mix well. Slowly add your olive oil and warm water and mix well, until completely combined. Let sit for a minute. Gently knead the dough several times, and form a ball of dough. Place the dough on a lightly floured kitchen surface. Cut the dough into 4 large or 8 small pieces. Get one piece of dough and place a piece of parchment paper on top. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until thin and flat. Get a large dinner plate or small appetizer plate and place on top of the dough. Using a knife, cut around the edges so you are left with a tortilla. Heat a non-stick pan on medium and lightly grease. Place the tortilla on top and cook for 2-3 minutes, before flipping and cooking for a further two minutes. Repeat until all the tortillas are cooked. TO STORE: Leftover tortillas can be stored in the refrigerator, covered in paper towel AND plastic wrap. The paper towel ensures it stays soft and fluffy, and less resistant to becoming dry. Tortillas will keep well for up to 5 days. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before using. TO FREEZE: Freeze leftovers in ziplock bags, and store in the freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature or in the refrigerator overnight. Course: Main Course Cuisine: American Prep Time: 1 minute Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 11 minutes Servings: 8 servings Calories: 197kcal Ingredients - 2 lbs chicken wings - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon dried parsley - 1 teaspoon salt - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder - 1/4 teaspoon pepper - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional - 1 1/2 cups almond flour - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 2 tablespoons oil Instructions Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel. Separate chicken wings flats from the drums with a knife or scissors. Combine the spices, almond flour,, and baking powder, and mix well. Toss the wings inside the mixture to coat well and shake off any excess flour. Add oil to a deep fryer or deep pot and place over medium-high heat. Once the oil reaches an internal temperature of 350F, fry the wings for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy on all sides. Place the wings on a wired rack to drain excess oil. TO STORE: Transfer fried chicken wing leftovers into an airtight container as soon as they have cooled completely. Fried chicken wings last 3 to 4 days in the fridge. TO REHEAT: As the fridge causes the fried wings to lose their crispiness, reheat them in the oven preheated to 350F degrees for 10 to 20 minutes or until they reach a safe internal temperature. TO FREEZE: place the cooled wings in a ziplock bag and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
